I'm Shane Crick, an experienced educator and tutor with a career dedicated to helping children learn, grow in confidence and achieve their potential.
My approach combines teaching, mentoring and encouragement. I don't believe children should be defined by a test score or a particular difficulty. I want to understand the learner behind the result and help them discover what they're capable of.

I'm Shane Crick, an experienced educator and tutor with a career dedicated to helping children learn, develop confidence and flourish.
Working in education has shown me that every learner is different. Some require reassurance, some need greater challenge, and others benefit from a calm, consistent adult who recognises their strengths and supports them to overcome barriers.
Living Change was created to provide that personalised approach. By combining expert teaching with mentoring and encouragement, the business seeks to help children make strong academic progress while developing the confidence, curiosity and resilience that will serve them throughout life.
